Press Release : Appointment of new Directors of the Board

1 October, 2021

The Board at 360 Health + Community is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors from 1 September 2021 – Angie Paskevicius and Cobie Rudd.

Chair of the Board, Fiona Payne comments “With a long involvement in the healthcare and business leadership sectors and their proven track record, Angie and Cobie will add to a depth of knowledge on the Board at a time when we are carving out a strong, sustainable future for 360 Health + Community.”

Angie Paskevicius

Angie is an experienced Non-Executive Director and CEO and her career spans over 30 years as a health practitioner, senior executive, business owner, executive coach, and Non-Executive Director in the Private, Public and Not-for-Profit sectors. She is a passionate, values-driven leader who has developed and grown award winning enterprises that operate in local, national, and international markets.

Angie’s achievements in business, leadership and social enterprise are well recognised by industry awards.

Angie is currently the CEO of Holyoake and serves on the Boards of WA Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (WANADA), Interchange, and PathWest, where she chairs the Risk and Audit Committee. She has chaired the Board of Interchange for the past nine years and will step down from this role in October 2021.

Angie is formally qualified at Masters Level in Business Leadership, is a Fellow and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration of Australia in WA.

Angie is excited to be joining the 360 Health + Community Board and believes she can contribute significantly as an innovative thinker with a diverse background and experience across the areas in which 360 Health + Community operates.

Professor Cobie Rudd

Cobie brings over 30 years of experience across various sectors and particularly in areas aligned to 360 Health + Community’s aspirations, for example: as an outreach clinician on a mobile health service targeting homeless young people; in management roles in the not-for-profit sector; as an executive social justice policy maker and advisor in government including as Manager of Primary Health Care in the Queensland Government; as a CEO in primary health care in the private sector; as a Registered Nurse and mental health practitioner; and as a national health policy researcher, writer and consultant in Canberra.

Cobie is currently the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Regional Futures) and Vice-President at Edith Cowan University (ECU) with the key responsibility to enhance regional education and research opportunities. Professor Rudd will also assume the additional role of Managing Director, ECU’s South West Campus on 18 October 2021. Cobie also leads institutional accreditations in a number of areas of social responsibility such as gender equality and sustainability, and oversees professional accreditations for all ECU courses. Previously, she was ECU’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Strategic Partnerships), ECU’s Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health Advancement), ECU’s inaugural Chair in Mental Health, and one of five National Teaching Fellows appointed by the Australian Government Office for Learning and Teaching in 2011; the first in simulation-based learning.

She has served as a Non-Executive Director on over 14 boards of governance and holds the degrees of Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing from the University of New England, Master of Public Health from Queensland University of Technology, and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Western Australia. Additionally, she is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Registered Nurse.

Cobie feels she’s been privileged to have had such a diverse career and feels that as a systems thinker and collaborator, she can help identify further strategic opportunities to add value to the 360 Health collective.
