If you are a newly diagnosed diabetic or have been living with diabetes for some time, our credentialed diabetes educators can help you understand, and self-manage your condition. They are able to see Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics and can educate you to manage medications, insulin and glucose monitoring.
With one-on-one diabetes education we help you develop a personalised diabetes management plan.

Our diabetes services are available in the Perth metro area and the Goldfields. If you are unable to access these locations please contact us for alternative services in your area.
How do I access diabetes services?
This service accepts self-referrals or referrals from a GP, friend or family. You will need a GP referral to claim a Medicare rebate. The cost to access our diabetes education services is dependent on your situation – contact us to find out more.
