headspace is a free, confidential service that helps young people aged 12-25 with their health and wellbeing. Across three headspace centres in Perth, 360’s team of GPs, nurses, mental health nurses, youth workers, psychologists, social workers and clinical psychologists can help with a range of issues. In headspace 360 centres you can expect respect, no matter what the issue is.
headspace centres throughout Perth and Western Australia act as a one-stop-shop for young people who need help with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs, or work and study support.

How do I access headspace?
Anyone can refer to headspace – just give us a call, send us an email, or visit in person. If you prefer, you can also ask a friend, teacher, parent, health worker or any trusted person to contact the centre on your behalf to gather information.
Some services may require you to have a referral from a doctor, but headspace can help you with this as well – just ask our staff what to do.
