Recovery Coach is a new service available under the NDIS.
For people with a psychosocial disability under the NDIS, you should have funding for a Recovery Coach included in your plan.
As recognised specialists in mental health and psychosocial disability, 360 Health + Community offer many years’ experience through our qualified health, mental health and disability workers. We will assist you to get where you want to be, realise your goals, and make the most out of your NDIS plan.
Our Recovery Coaches focus on getting to know you, so we can best support you through your personal recovery journey, ensuring you are in control of the direction of your life. We use a range of helpful tools to guide you to reach your goals, always encouraging you to build capacity and resilience along the way.
Our coaches embody the holistic person-centred approach developed and delivered throughout all 360 Health’s support services. As a registered NDIS provider, you can feel confident in not only the support of your personal recovery coach, but our organisation as a whole.

Our Recovery Coach service is offered across the Perth Metro area during business hours, Monday to Friday.
