360 Health + Community in-person services are now open across all programs.
In line with Government advice, 360 has re-opened in-person clinic-based appointments. We continue our pre-appointment health checks and physical distancing measures in all clinical settings, 360 Health Centres and office spaces.
We remain focused on upholding high standards of personal and professional hygiene to ensure the ongoing health of our team, our clients and the community.
Western Australia has done an incredible job following the simple hygiene and health actions since the first reported instance of COVID-19. As we head into the regular flu season, we must all take extra care to limit the spread of germs and maintain a safe environment.
360 is committed to providing our much-needed health and wellbeing services as long as remains safe, but we need your help to keep the momentum going. You can help us in a few easy steps:
- Use the available hand sanitiser as you enter and leave the clinic or Centre.
- Let us know if you feel unwell with cold or flu -like symptoms. If you are unwell, please call to reschedule or ask us about telehealth options.
- Help us maintain 1.5m distancing by following floor markings and directions from your clinician during your visit.
You will find these instructions displayed at all 360 Health Centre and clinic receptions and wait areas.
If you do not feel comfortable attending your appointment in person, telehealth options are still available at this time. We place you, our clients, at the center of our service and our delivery is led by you and your specific needs.
From the whole team at 360, thank you for helping to keep us and our families safe and well.
