The Board of 360 Health + Community accepted the resignation of our CEO, Gautam Gupta, on Friday 1 July 2022.
Gautam joined 360 Health as the CFO in January 2019, during a period of significant change for the organisation, which resulted in him becoming the acting CEO not long after. He held this role for 6 months before being appointed to the CEO role at the end of 2019.
During his time as CEO, Gautam has overseen significant changes in business operations, including the relocation of our Head Office, the introduction of a new CRM, successfully navigated the organisation through the COVID pandemic and delivering surpluses for 3 consecutive years.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank Gautam for his contribution to 360 Health and wishes him well in the future.
Deborah Roberts, COO and Darren Sumner CFO, will assume additional roles as Co-CEOs, effective 4th July 2022.
Marcus Stafford from Stafford Consulting will work with the Board and Executive team as we continue our commitment to delivering high quality services to people in our community, in a sustainable way.
