360 Health + Community regrets to announce the closure of our After Hours GP services located at St John of God Midland Public Hospital from 30 November 2018.
We will continue to support the community through our other services: NDIS Support Coordination and Therapy; Partners in Recovery; Mental Health; Aged Care; and Chronic disease programs.
