Media Release: March 20, 2020
The health and safety of our employees, clients and the wider-community remains our highest priority. 360 are committed to continuing to provide our much-needed health and wellbeing services as long as remains safe and the Government allows.
With services supporting vulnerable people in the community, we are currently engaging with our funders to confirm their support through this time.
In line with Government recommendations, 360 have implemented social distancing measures and are working with our employees to support work from home arrangements. We are also focused on maintaining our high standards of personal and professional hygiene, and are employing telehealth options.
360 will be moving to phone consultations whenever possible. With this change in procedure, we are taking appropriate measures to ensure stringent privacy and confidentially are upheld at all times. Clients will receive simple step-by-step instructions ahead of their telehealth appointments to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
These measures will ensure as minimal disruption to our service delivery as possible, while taking all necessary precautions to limit the spread of the virus and maintain a safe environment for our people and our clients.
With calm and purposeful action, we can all work together to keep ourselves; our friends, families and loved ones; and the community at large safe and well through this challenging period. We trust everyone in the community is doing their part to limit the spread of the virus, particularly those who have close contact with someone in a vulnerable population.
