What is it?
WiseHealth is a low to moderate group exercise program for people with stable health conditions. An additional education component is offered to help you make positive lifestyle changes for better health outcomes. Participants can attend the program twice a week, which helps with cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and reduces the risk of falls.
Who runs the program?
The program is led by an accredited instructor and supported by a Registered Nurse.
How often does it run?
The sessions are held on Monday and Friday mornings.
Where is it available?
WiseHealth is held at the Esperance Business Centre Arcade.
Accessing the program
WiseHealth can be accessed via a signed Esperance Allied Health referral from your GP. Referral forms can be found under the "For GPs" tab on this website. Give us a call on 0419 919 489 for more info and timetables.
WiseHealth is a community program based on a gold coin donation.
