What is it?
headspace is a free and confidential service that helps young people aged 12-25 with health and wellbeing services. The service is designed to make it easy as possible for a young person and their family to get the help they need for concerns affecting their wellbeing. headspace offers individual counselling for young people and family members, GP service, sexual health clinic and groups that support young people’s creative expression, social interaction and skills for self management.
Who runs headspace?
headspace is staffed by a multidisciplinary team including GP, nurse, mental health nurse, youth workers, psychologists, social workers and clinical psychologists, to ensure you can get the help you need.
When is it open?
headspace Rockingham is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Check out the headspace Rockingham website here.

headspace Rockingham is located at 3/18 Goddard St, Rockingham WA 6168.
headspace Fremantle is located at 60-62 Pakenham St, Fremantle WA 6160.
Simply ring or email direct (firstname.lastname@example.org for Rockingham, or email@example.com for Fremantle) to make a referral. You can ask a friend, teacher, parent, health worker or any trusted person to contact the centre on your behalf and then we will need to speak with you to get some information. Some services require you to have a referral from a doctor but headspace can help you with this as well - just ask our staff what to do.
headspace's services are completely free.
