What is it?
Nurse-led clinics offer confidential health assessments and checks for Indigenous Australians who have been diagnosed with, or are at risk of contracting, a chronic disease. The clinic is free for Indigenous Australians of all ages.

The clinics are run by a registered nurse.
How often does it run?
Nurse-led clinics are held weekly on Wednesdays between 9:30 am and 4:00pm.
Where is it available?
The clinic is held at the Street Doctor truck, located on Wednesdays at Ashfield Reserve – Colstoun Road, Ashfield.
Accessing the program
You can access our nurse-led clinics just by turning up at the truck between these times and enquiring about appointment availability. First-time health checks need to be followed by a consultation with the Street Doctor GP.
There are no costs involved to access the Aboriginal nurse-led clinics.
