Living Well and Coping Well
What is it?
The Living Well and Coping Well Group are weekly sessions for adults who want to improve their coping skills. The sessions focus on helping you develop your skills in overall wellbeing, in particular the areas of managing emotions, relaxation, relating to others, problem solving, goal setting, managing difficult situations, challenging unhelpful thoughts and maintaining positive changes.
Who runs the program?
The workshops are run by 360’s mind care team – psychologists, mental health nurses, social workers and counsellors.
How often does it run?
The workshops are held as eight, weekly sessions that begin regularly throughout the year. Contact us on 1300 706 922 for dates.
Where is it available?
The workshops are held at our Guildford office.
Accessing the program
A GP referral is required to attend these sessions.
There is no cost to attend Living Well and Coping Well.
